Withdrawal requests are generally processed daily, including weekends. However, please note that some payment methods or specific requests may still be subject to standard business-hour processing. In such cases, processing will resume on the next business day.
Once received, we aim to process your withdrawal request within 24–48 hours. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the withdrawal method used. Below is an approximate guide to withdrawal times for common methods:
- Local Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days (varies by region)
- Global Bank Transfer – 2-5 business days

Credit/Debit Card - Instant* (once your request has been processed)*
- Credit/Debit Card Refund - 5-7 business days. Please note that the timeframe also depends on your bank.
*Instant payments may still take a few minutes to reach your account after being processed.

Additionally, any payment confirmation (e.g. for bank transfer) can be provided after 3-5 business days that the payment was processed and sent.
Online Form Request
Clients can request to check their withdrawal status directly via the online request forms. To do so, they need to go to the Help Center and click on 'Submit a Request.'
Under 'What do you need help with?', the client will choose 'Withdrawal Enquiry Form' and fill out all the required fields.
