If you notice that price quotes are not updating or charts appear frozen within your MT5 platform, this typically indicates a loss of connection to the trading server or an inactive market instrument.
To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

Check your internet connection.
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet network. An unstable connection may prevent the platform from receiving market data. -
Confirm platform connectivity.
Review the connection status in the lower right corner of the platform. If the connection indicator appears red or displays “No Connection”, please log in again using the correct account credentials and server details provided in your welcome email. -
Restart the trading platform.
Fully close and reopen MT5 to refresh the connection between the platform and Axi’s trading server. -
Enable all available symbols.
Right-click inside the Market Watch window and select “Show All” to ensure all instruments are visible and active. -
Verify market hours.
Market data will not update outside of standard trading hours. Please ensure you are accessing the platform during market operating times.
