This can happen due to conversion rates. The amount you deposit may not be the same as what is reflected in your trading account, depending on the currency of your deposit and the currency of your trading account.
For example:
- Depositing via Bank (USD to JPY):
- Similarly, if your bank account is in USD, but your trading account is set to JPY, the system will convert the deposit from USD to JPY using the exchange rate at the time of the deposit.
This conversion process can cause a slight difference between the amount you deposited, and the amount reflected in your trading account, depending on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Important: We do not show transaction fees separately, so the amount you receive may be slightly different from what you originally deposited due to this.
Additionally, please note that the date/time shown in the app refers to the time of the requested deposit/withdrawal. This may not match the time the funds are deposited into your trading account, as each payment method has its own processing time.
