If you're having trouble logging into the client portal, the issue is often related to how you originally signed up — especially if you used social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

I signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook in the app — but can’t log in on the Client Portal.
Social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) currently only works in the Axi mobile app, not on the Client Portal (Web).
What to do:
- Use the same login (Google, Apple, or Facebook) in the mobile app.
- To access the client portal on the web, you’ll need to create a password. Contact our Client Service team if needed.
I tried "Forgot Password?" but it didn’t work — I signed up with social login.
The "Forgot Password?" link doesn’t work for social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) users, because you never created a password with Axi.
What to do:
- Log in using the same social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).
- If you forgot your social login password, reset it via Google, Apple, or Facebook — not through Axi.
I signed up with Facebook but tried logging in with Google (or vice versa).
Each social login is separate. If you signed up with Facebook, you must log in with Facebook otherwise you will get an error message.
What to do:
- Use the same social login (Facebook/Apple/Google) you originally used when signing up.
I signed up with email + password but tried using a social login.
Social login will only work if that’s how you originally signed up.
If your account was created using your email and a password, trying to log in with a social account won't work.
What to do:
- Log in with your email and password instead.
- Use “Forgot Password?” if you need to reset it.
I signed up with social login but now want to use email + password.
This only works if you manually created a password later. If you never did, the email + password login won’t work.
What to do:
- If you haven’t set a password, please contact our support for assistance.
- Otherwise, keep using your original social login.
