In the Reports tab of the Axi Affiliate Portal, you can access a variety of reports that provide key insights into your affiliate account performance. These reports help you track your earnings, monitor your activities, and evaluate the success of your marketing efforts. The types of reports available include:
Earning Report
The Earnings Report provides a detailed breakdown of the commissions you've earned over a selected period. This report shows the total earnings from both your direct referrals and any sub-affiliates you’ve brought on board.
It includes the following details:
- User ID: The unique identifier for each client or sub-affiliate.
- Created: The date when the commission was triggered.
- Amount: The amount you will receive for the respective referral or sub-affiliate activity.
- Commission Type: Whether the commission is from CPA (Cost per Acquisition) for direct client referrals or Sub-Affiliate Level X for sub-affiliate performance.
- AFP (Optional): The Affiliate Tracking Parameter (AFP) is a tool that appends a unique tracking identifier to your referral links. This allows you to track where your clients or sub-affiliates are coming from (e.g., social media, website, etc.).
By reviewing this report, you can easily track your earnings, identify your top-performing channels, and monitor both direct and sub-affiliate activity.
Media Report
The Media Report helps you track the performance of the media and marketing materials you’ve used to promote your affiliate link. It provides valuable insights regarding which banners, landing pages, or other assets are driving the most engagement and conversions.
Some data that the report shows for each day are:
- Impressions: The number of people who saw your ad.
- Visitors: The number of people who clicked on your link.
- Registrations: The number of people who registered after clicking your link.
- FTD (First-Time Deposit): The number of people who made their first deposit.
- Commission: The commission earned from these clients.
- ROI (Return on Investment): The ROI for that specific day, helping you track the profitability of your campaigns.
You can further refine the data by applying additional filters, such as Country, Language, and more. To do this, simply click on the "Filter" button and adjust according to your preferences.
Additionally, you can export this report to an Excel format by clicking on the "Export" button in the top-right corner.
Activity Report:
The Activity Report provides a detailed list of all activities related to your affiliate account, including client registrations, deposits, withdrawals, positions (trading), and other key actions. This report is crucial for assessing how your marketing efforts are converting into actual client activity and performance.
Key metrics you can track for the selected timeframe:
- Overall Deposit: The total amount deposited by your referred clients.
- Withdrawals: The total amount withdrawn by your clients.
- Deposit Count: The total number of deposits made by clients.
- Net Deposit: The sum of all deposits minus withdrawals.
- Positions: The number of trades (positions) executed by your clients.
- Volume: The total trading volume generated during the selected timeframe.
This report helps you measure the direct impact of your affiliate marketing campaigns, providing you with valuable insights into how your clients are engaging with the platform.
Additionally, you can export this report to an Excel format by clicking on the "Export" button in the top-right corner.
Registration Report
The Registration Report provides you with detailed information about the clients who have signed up through your referral link. It allows you to track how many new clients have registered under your affiliate link, along with their account status and other key metrics.
You can filter this report by various criteria for the selected timeframe, such as:
- Registration Date: The date when the client registered their account under your referral.
- Qualification Date: The date the client qualified and triggered a commission.
- Position Count: The number of trades or positions the client has made (1 position = 1 trade).
- First Deposit: The amount of the client’s first deposit.
- Deposits: The total amount of any subsequent deposits made by the client.
- Withdrawals: The total amount of withdrawals made by the client.
- Commission: The commission earned based on the client's activities.
Additional Parameters:
- User ID: The unique client ID assigned to the client in the Axi system.
- First Deposit Date: The date when the client made their first deposit.
- Net Deposit: The sum of all deposits made by the client.
- Deposit Count: The total number of deposits made by the client.
- Customer Name: The name of the client.
- ROI (Return on Investment): The ROI for the individual client.
- Additional User ID: This refers to the client’s trading account ID.
- AFP: The unique tracking identifier for the channel or platform through which the client was referred.
- Country: The country from which the client registered.
- Volume: The total trading volume for the client.
