- Wrong Link Shared: You might be sharing the wrong link with the client (e.g., sending the affiliate onboarding link instead of the client onboarding link, or vice versa).
- Incomplete Link: Ensure you've copied the entire referral link. Sometimes, part of the link may be missed or cut off when copying.
- Browser Cache or Cookies: If the client has previously visited the Axi website and has cookies or cached data from other sessions, this may prevent proper attribution. Ask the client to clear their cache or use a different browser.
- Link Modifications: Any modifications to the original referral link, such as altering or shortening it, could break the tracking. Make sure the link remains unchanged.
- Incorrect Target Geo: If the link is intended for a specific geographic region and the client is outside that area, the referral might not be valid.
- Referral Cookies Not Set: Some clients might have disabled cookies in their browser settings, preventing the referral from being tracked properly.
Please Note: Occasionally, technical issues may affect the tracking of referral links. If all else fails, contact the Axi Affiliate Team for assistance.
If the issue continues, please contact your Account Manager or the Client Service Team (CS) for further support.
