If a client doesn’t appear under your account, it could be due to a few common reasons:
- Cookies Issues
- If the client’s browser has cookies disabled, or they used private/incognito mode, the referral link may not track properly. Ask them to enable cookies and avoid using private browsing when signing up.
- Incorrect Referral Link
- Ensure that the correct referral link was used. If the wrong link was shared, or there’s a typo in the link, the client won’t be linked to your account. Double-check the link before sharing it.
- Sign-up Delay
- There might be a slight delay in processing the client’s referral status. The system may take a little time to update after they’ve signed up. If you need more information or assistance with adjusting the client’s referral tags, please reach out to your Account Manager.
- iOS App Tracking:
- If you signed up using the Axi trading app on iOS, you must allow tracking for your referral to be properly recorded. When prompted, tap “Allow” on the tracking pop-up. Example:
