Why can't I withdraw my funds?

Please note that in order to be considered for an Introducing Broker partnership with Axi, you are required to be licensed by the FCA.

There could be several reasons why you're unable to withdraw your funds. Here are the most common issues:

  • Withdrawal Restrictions or Limits: You might be attempting to withdraw more than the maximum allowed or less than the minimum for your chosen withdrawal method. Additionally, if funds need to be returned to the original source (such as the payment method used for deposits), this could affect the withdrawal process. Check the limits and requirements for your selected withdrawal method.
  • Open or Pending Positions: If you have any open trades or positions, you may not be able to withdraw until they are closed.
  • Unsettled Commissions: If there are any pending commissions, they must be cleared before you can withdraw your funds. Please check if there are any unsettled commissions.
  • Technical Issues: Sometimes, technical or system issues can prevent withdrawals from being processed. If this is the case, please try again later.
