Please note that in order to be considered for an Introducing Broker partnership with Axi, you are required to be licensed by the FCA.
There are a few reasons why your rebate may not have been paid in full:
- Trading Volume: Rebate payments are linked to the trading volume of your referred clients. If the volume is lower than expected, it may impact the rebate amount.
- Account Type: The type of account your referred clients have could affect your rebate. Some account types may not qualify for full rebates.
- Tier System: Rebates can depend on specific tiers that are determined by trading activity. If you haven’t met the required criteria for a higher tier, your rebate may be lower.
- Pending Trades: If any of your referred clients' trades are still pending, it may delay or reduce your rebate payment.
- Compliance Issues: Rebates may also be adjusted or withheld due to compliance or regulatory requirements.
For a detailed explanation or if you believe there’s an issue with your rebate, please contact your account manager. They can provide more specific information about your rebate.
