Why didn’t I receive my IB rebates on the expected day?

Please note that in order to be considered for an Introducing Broker partnership with Axi, you are required to be licensed by the FCA.

There may be a delay in seeing rebates for certain trades due to how the trading platform handles position closures, especially when the "Close All" option is used. However, if you believe there’s an issue, we’re happy to investigate it for you. Please contact your account manager directly for assistance.
