To unlink your account from an Introducing Broker (IB), simply email us at service@axi.com and let us know why you want to unlink your account from the IB.

Once we’ve verified your request, we’ll process the change.

Please note, this may take 1-2 business days to complete. Once done, your account will no longer be linked to the IB.
