How do I use the MAM terminal?

Important! Please note that in order to be considered for a Multi Account Manager partnership with Axi, you are required to be licensed by the FCA.

Once your MAM account is open, you'll need a license file to access the MAM management software. This file is generated from the MAM administrator platform and sent to you by your Account Manager. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Accessing the MAM Software
    • After receiving your license file, open the MAM software on your PC, laptop, or computer.
    • In the software, go to “File” and then click on “Set License.”
    • Choose the directory where the license file is saved and click “Open” to apply the license.

  1. Initialising the Accounts
When you load the MAM Client application for the first time, you’ll need to initialise the accounts before you can start trading.
    • For the Master Account: Select one of the allocation methods offered by Axi.
    • For Sub-Accounts: Select the relevant sub-accounts and click “Activate Selected” in the popup menu.
  2. Trading in MAM
Once the accounts are initialized, you can start trading on the Master account through the MT4 Client Terminal or the MAM Client application.

  • Orders can be grouped by any column to help organize them. By default, they are grouped by Master order.
  • To view the details for a specific Master order, expand the grouped row to see the associated Investor orders.
  • Exporting Sub Orders to Excel: Right-click on the table and choose “Export Sub Orders” from the popup menu.

Closing Orders

  • Investor Orders: These cannot be closed partially. However, Master orders can be closed partially relative to the volume of the closed Investor order.
  • To close an Investor Order, double-click on it to open the “Order Execution” window, then click “Close Order.”
  • To close a Master Order, double-click on it to open the “Order Execution” window and close the order.
  • Export Sub Orders to Excel: Right-click on the Sub Orders table and select “Export Sub Orders.”
