When setting up your MAM Master account for the first time, you'll need to choose an allocation method to determine how trades are distributed among your sub-accounts (MAM Investor accounts). Here are the available methods:
- Lot Allocation
This method divides the volume of the master trade across the sub-accounts based on the lot size parameter set for each sub-account. - Percentage Allocation
Trades are divided among sub-accounts based on the percentage parameter specified for each sub-account. - Proportional by Balance Allocation
This method calculates how the trade volume should be allocated to each sub-account based on the balance of each sub-account. More significant balances receive a larger portion of the trade. - Proportional by Equity Allocation
Similar to the Proportional by Balance method, but instead of using the balance, the allocation is calculated based on the equity of each sub-account. - Equity Percentage Allocation
This method allocates trades to sub-accounts based on a percentage of the equity in each individual sub-account. - Allocation by Equal Risk
This method helps control margin levels by ensuring that trades are allocated according to the risk level set for each sub-account. If a sub-account reaches its minimal margin level, no further allocations will be made to that sub-account.
