At Axi, each client can only have one profile registered with a single email address. We don’t allow duplicate accounts, so any new applications using a different email while an existing profile is still active will be declined.
If you’d like to open a new account with a different email address (one that’s never been used with Axi), you’ll first need to fully close your current profile. This means making sure all accounts under your profile have zero balances, no open trades, and are fully closed. Once that’s complete, you’re welcome to register again with your new email.
If you're simply looking to manage multiple trading accounts, you can easily apply for sub-accounts under your existing profile.
