The Client Portal migration is happening gradually, so not everyone is being moved at the same time. That’s why some of your clients might already be using the new portal, while your own account still shows the previous version.
This is completely expected — we’re starting by moving client accounts first, and partner accounts like Affiliates and Introducing Brokers will follow shortly after. There's no action needed from your side right now. As soon as your account is ready to be moved, we’ll let you know and guide you through the process.
