I can’t see the option to withdraw after I started the migration. Why is that?

After your migration to the new Client Portal is complete, some features like withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable as a security measure. A 24-hour withdrawal hold is applied once you first access the new portal to help protect your account.

You won’t receive a separate notification, but you can check the withdrawal page. It will show when you’ll be able to withdraw funds.
