My preferred language didn’t update after migrating to the new Axi Client Portal. How can I change it?

If your language settings defaulted to English after migrating to the new Axi Client Portal, you can easily update them by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal at Client Portal / Axi .

  2. Click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Scroll down to the “Language” section.

  4. Select your preferred language from the dropdown list.

Your selected language will update immediately, and the portal will reflect your preference right away—no need to refresh or log out.
