If you already have an existing account with us on our previous Client Portal, you won’t be able to register for the new Client Portal using the same email address until that account is fully closed.
If you attempt to sign up without closing your old account, you may see an error message, such as “Access Denied”. This means your email is still linked to an active account in our system.
✅ To proceed:

Close all your existing Axi accounts.
Before doing so, make sure to:- Close any open positions
- Withdraw any remaining funds from your account

Submit an Account Closure Request:
- Go to the Help Center
- Click on "Submit a Request"
- Choose the option to close your account
