What if I have both a personal and a corporate account, but only one has migrated — why is that?

That’s expected. Just like with joint accounts, corporate and personal accounts are included in different migration phases.

If only one of your accounts has migrated so far, the other will follow in a later phase as scheduled.

You’ll be notified once your remaining account is ready to move to the new client portal. In the meantime, you can continue using your current access with no disruption.
