If you’re having trouble withdrawing your funds, this could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Return to Source (RTS) requirement
You may need to withdraw your initial deposit using the same payment method that was originally used to fund the account, before you can withdraw any profits or excess funds using other methods.
Example:
If you deposited $1,000 by credit/debit card and your balance is now $1,500, you’ll need to withdraw the $1,000 back to your card first. After that, you can withdraw the remaining $500 profit using another available method.

2. Withdrawal amount exceeds available balance
Ensure that your requested withdrawal does not exceed your available balance, after accounting for open trades and margin requirements.
3. Withdrawal method restrictions
Withdrawals can only be made using the methods available for your country of residence and in line with the RTS policy.
Please note that, in some cases, the same method used for deposit may not be available for withdrawal due to local regulations or payment provider rules.
