Changing contact details
If you need to update or change your personal information, follow the below steps:
- Log in to the Client Portal
- Go to "Settings" from sidebar
- Click the "Profile" tab
- Click "Request Changes" in the "Manage your profile" section
- Fill in the form for the change details
Our Client Services will reach out to you for verification and request the document as per the change request.
Address change
You will need to provide a copy of a Proof of Address document, such as a bank statement or utility bill, issued within the last three months.
Name change
You will need to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID) showing your full legal name.
Date of birth change
If your date of birth has been incorrectly entered in our system, you will need to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national identity card) showing your date of birth.
To be considered valid the copy of your document must:
- Be in full original colour
- Show both the front and back (driver’s license, identity card), or the full page (passport)
- Display all four corners of the document, and not be edited in any way
- Have clear and legible text (not blurry)
