Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account:
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal
- Navigate to the ‘Funds’ section.
- Select ‘Withdraw’ from the top menu.
- Choose the MT4 trading account from which you want to withdraw funds.
IMPORTANT: If you have more than one MT4 account, ensure you select the correct one. Withdrawing into the wrong account may require an additional internal transfer, which could cause delays as we will need time to process it.
- Input the amount you want to withdraw.
Note: If you have already deposited using PayNow, you can only withdraw up to the initial deposit amount due to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
- Once the RTS balance has been consumed, you will be able to withdraw the remaining amount (profit). To do so, enter your withdrawal amount in the ‘PayNow’ option and select your preferred currency for the transaction.
IMPORTANT: Each withdrawal method has a minimum withdrawal amount. This will also be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to complete the withdrawal process. It is also important to note that different currencies have different minimum withdrawal amounts.
- On the next screen, enter your PayNow payout details:
- Account Holder Name
- PayNow Type: Choose one of the following:
- Mobile Number (The mobile number must be a valid 8-digit Singapore number. Do not include the country code (e.g., +65), or you will not be able to proceed. Non-Singapore numbers are not accepted)
- National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (9 characters starting with S, T, F, G, or M. Enter the NRIC exactly as shown on your ID)
- Unique Entity Number (UEN) (for businesses and registered entities. The UEN is a standard identification number for entities, similar to an NRIC for individuals)
- Enter the associated detail for the type selected.
- Click ‘Continue’ – your method will be saved automatically.
- Once you have checked that all details are correct, click ‘Request Withdrawal’ to submit the request for processing.
Please note: It takes 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
IMPORTANT: Once a withdrawal request has been submitted your balance will be reflected after the deduction, while it is processing. If your withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance and our Client Services team will email to advise the reason for failure and the next steps.
✅ You can withdraw again immediately if needed, using the same or new PayNow method.
