Important! This method is only available to residents of Singapore.
Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account:
- Login to the Axi Client Portal
- Navigate to the ‘Funds’ section on the left-hand menu.
- Choose the ‘Deposit’ option from the top menu
- Select the MT4 trading account you want to fund by clicking ‘Add Funds’.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple MT4 accounts, ensure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and have to request an internal transfer, this may result in a delay due to processing times.
- Select your preferred funding method: ‘PayNow'
- Enter the deposit amount in either SGD or USD (the system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currencies). Please note: the exchange rate refreshes every 10 minutes and is system generated, hence we have no control over it.
- Click ‘Continue’.
IMPORTANT: Each deposit method has a different minimum deposit amount. This will be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the deposit.
- You will then be taken to a confirmation page. Double-check all your details, and once everything is correct, click ‘Make Deposit’ to submit your request.
- After confirmation, a QR code will be generated. Scan the QR code using any Singapore banking app that supports PayNow to complete your deposit.
IMPORTANT: Each transaction generates a unique, time-sensitive QR code (expires every 30 minutes). Once it expires, it cannot be reused—Please avoid saving these QR codes for future transactions. Always generate a new QR code for each transaction to avoid failed payments.
If your initial deposit is cancelled but later goes through using a saved QR, please contact our Client Services team with your email ID and Customer ID to assist with the issue.
- Once the deposit is successful you will see a notification and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4 account.
