How do I update my personal details?

Unfortunately, updating most personal details directly within the app is not possible.

If you need to update or change any personal details such as your Name, Email, Residential Address or Date of Birth, please contact Customer Support through email or Live Chat on our in-app Customer Support page. They will guide you through the required updates.
