If you forget or want to change/reset your MT4/MT5 account password, follow the below steps to reset.
Reset password via the Client Portal
- Log in to the Client Portal
- Choose the MT4/MT5 trading account for which the password change or reset is required
- Click on the 'Change password' option found within the 'More' menu (illustrated by three dots) corresponding to the selected MT4/MT5 account
- Input new password
Changing investor password
An Investor password allows a user to log into an MT4/MT5 account in a read-only mode. This means the user can monitor trades but cannot place or close trades. Investor passwords are typically used by clients who want to track the performance of an account managed on their behalf.
Important: The Investor password can only be changed via the full MT4/MT5 platform on a computer (e.g., PC or laptop).
To change the MT4/MT5 Investor (read-only) password:

Open the MT4/MT5 platform.

Click on Tools in the top menu.

Select Options.

Go to the Server tab and click Change.

Enter your current master password.

Click on Change Investor (read-only) password.

Enter and confirm your new Investor password.

Click OK to finalize the change.
