If you're not eligible for an Axi Trading Platform account, an error message will explain why you can’t access the platform at this time. Here are some possible reasons:
- Pending Application: If you’ve already applied for an Axi Trading account and it's still being reviewed, you’ll see an error message indicating that your account is under review. Another account cannot be created until the review is finished.
- Onboarding Incomplete: If you’ve started but not completed the onboarding process, you’ll receive a message asking you to finish the process before accessing the Axi Trading Platform.
- Suspended Account: If your account is suspended, you won’t be able to use the Axi Trading Platform. An error message will notify you of the suspension.
