How do I reset the password on my Demo account?

To change the demo account password through your client portal, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Home page.
  • Under Account, select 'Demo'.
  • Click on the three dots (More Options Menu).

  • Select 'Change password'.
  • Enter a new password that meets the required password criteria.

  • Once done, click on Reset Password.
  • A successful pop-up will appear if the password change request is processed correctly.
