Please note: Deposits must originate from an account in your name; payments from third parties will be refunded to the originating account.
To deposit funds into your trading account, simply log in to the Client Portal and navigate to the Funds section on the left-hand menu. Choose the Deposit option from the top menu, then follow these steps:
- Select the trading account (MT4 account) you wish to fund by clicking ‘Add Funds.’
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you choose the correct account number to deposit into, should you have more than one MT4 account. If you deposit into the wrong account and have to request an internal transfer, it may result in a delay as we need time to process it.
- Enter in the amount you wish to fund.
- Review details on the confirmation page. Click ‘Make Deposit’ to complete the transaction.
- You will receive a successful notification once your deposit is processed. Go to your dashboard to check if the deposit is reflected in the chosen MT4 account.
