Please note: Deposits must originate from an account registered in your name. Payments from third parties will be refunded to the originating account.
To deposit funds into your trading account, simply login to the Client Portal and navigate to the Funds section on the left-hand menu. Choose the Deposit option from the top menu, then follow these steps:
- Select the trading account (MT4 account) you wish to fund by clicking ‘Add Funds.’
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple MT4 accounts, make sure that you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and have to request an internal transfer, it may result in a delay as we need time to process it.
- Select your preferred funding method: "Global Money Transfer" (International Bank Transfer).
Bank Account Details for Transfer:
- Copy the account details and paste them into your desired bank app or website to facilitate the transfer.
- These details are linked to each MT4 account, so please ensure you check them carefully before making your deposit.
- IMPORTANT: This payment method supports the following currencies only: CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, RON, SEK, and USD. Deposits made in unsupported currencies will be automatically declined.
