How do I add a bank account via the Axi Client Portal?

Adding a Bank Account

  • Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
  • Once logged in, click on Funds.
  • Under the Funds section, select the Manage tab; this will display all your saved payment methods.
  • Next, click on the Bank Account tab.
  • Click the Add button, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

You will be prompted to enter some basic information about your bank account, including the country and currency of your bank account.  

After entering the details, click Continue

  • Depending on the country where your bank account is located, you may be asked to provide further details, such as:
    • Account Holder Name
    • Account Number
    • SWIFT/BIC Code

  • You will need to upload a recent bank statement (within the last 6 months) in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, or HEIC. The statement must clearly display:
    • Your name
    • Bank account details
    • The date (within the last 6 months)

  • After uploading your bank statement, click Submit for Review.

Please note: it may take up to 24 hours or 1 business day for your bank account to be verified. 

What do bank account statuses mean?

  • Pending: Your bank account is under review and will be activated after verification. This can take up to 24 hours or 1 business day. 
  • Rejected: The verification process was not successful due to missing documents or incorrect information. Please contact our Client Services team for further assistance. 
  • No Status: Your bank account has been successfully verified and activated.

If you are unable to add a bank account, please contact our Client Services team for assistance.
