- Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
- Once logged in, click on Funds.
- Under the Funds section, select the Manage tab; this will display all your saved payment methods.
- Click on the Card tab.
- Find the debit/credit card that you wish to delete and click the trash bin icon next to it.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Delete to proceed. If successful, a confirmation message will display.
Important!
You can only delete a debit/credit card if you have already removed the Return to Source (RTS) balance associated with it. To do so, you must withdraw the amount deposited via this card before proceeding with its removal.
