- Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
- Once logged in, click on Funds.
- Under the Funds section, select the Manage tab; this will display all your saved payment methods.
- Click on the Card tab.
- Click the Pencil icon to update the expiration date of your card.
- Update your card details and click Update once you're done. A pop-up will appear confirming the update, and the changes should be applied immediately.
IMPORTANT: To avoid errors when updating your card or issues with adding or withdrawing funds, please ensure you enter the correct expiration month and expiration year for your card.
Note: If your credit card expiration date is less than one month away, a notification on the portal will give you the option to either remove the card or update the expiration date.
