To withdraw funds using Skrill, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal
- Navigate to the Funds section and select Withdraw from the top menu.
- Choose the trading account (MT4/MT5 account) from which you want to withdraw funds.
IMPORTANT: If you have more than one MT4/MT5 account, ensure you select the correct account for your withdrawal request. Withdrawing into the wrong account may require an additional internal transfer, which could cause a withdrawal delay as we may need additional processing time.
- Input the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Enter the withdrawal amount in the ‘Skrill’ option and select the preferred currency for the transaction.
IMPORTANT! All withdrawal methods have different minimum amounts, and these are displayed in the Client Portal. If you do not meet the minimum amount, you will not be able to complete the withdrawal process. Please also note that different currencies have different minimum withdrawal amounts.
- Click Continue.
- You will be prompted to select a Skrill e-wallet for the withdrawal. The e-wallet will be identified by the email address associated with it.
IMPORTANT! To make a withdraw to a specific email address, you must first make a successful deposit using that email. It will then appear as an available withdrawal option.
- Once you have verified all details are correct, click Request Withdrawal to submit your withdrawal request for processing.
Note: It may take 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
IMPORTANT! After submitting a withdrawal request, your balance will be reflected after the deduction while it is processing. If your withdrawal request is not completed for any reason, the amount will be returned into your balance, and you will receive an email from our Client Services team advising the next steps.
