I’m in the Seed phase but my dashboard isn’t working, and I can’t see my performance. What should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with your dashboard in the Seed phase, please consider the following before continuing:

  • Dropped out from Seed phase: If you previously dropped out of the Seed phase and originally enrolled with an Edge Score from an existing account, your Edge Score will be zero. In this case, you’ll need to place 20 unique trades in your Axi Select account before you can rejoin the Seed phase and see your performance data.
  • Ensure you are in Axi Select: Make sure that you have joined Axi Select. If you have not yet joined, your dashboard may not display any information as it is tied to the Axi Select program. To join, simply log into your Client Portal and select Axi Select from the "Tools" section in the left-hand menu.

Once these steps are followed and you meet the necessary requirements, your performance should start to appear correctly on your dashboard.
