Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your Axi trading account using Skrill and the Axi mobile app:
- Open the app and log in. Note: Ensure you are logged into your Live account.
- Click on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner.
- Select ‘My Accounts’ from the menu, then click Withdraw.
- Choose the MT4 account you want to withdraw funds from.
Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, ensure you select the correct one.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
IMPORTANT! If you have previously deposited using Skrill but have not yet withdrawn via Skrill, you will need to withdraw back to the source of the initial deposit (read more about our Return to Source policy). In this case, simply enter the withdrawal amount and select the ‘Skrill’ option. Ensure you check the currency selected for your withdrawal.
If you have already withdrawn back to the original source, you will be prompted to choose the Skrill account from which you'd like to withdraw.
Please note: Different withdrawal methods have varying minimum withdrawal amounts. If you enter an amount lower than the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the withdrawal.
- After clicking ‘Continue’, you will be asked to select a Skrill e-wallet to receive your funds. The e-wallet will be identified by the email address linked to it.
Important! If you wish to withdraw to a specific email, you must first make a successful deposit using that email. It will then appear as a withdrawal option.
- Review the details and ensure everything is correct. Once confirmed, click Request Withdrawal to submit your request for processing.
Important notes:
- After submitting your withdrawal request, the amount will be deducted from your balance while processing.
- If the withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and you will receive an email from our Client Services team explaining the reason for the failure and the next steps.
