Why is the order in my Axi Select account not closing?

There are two likely reasons why your order might not be closing: 

  1. A technical issue could be preventing the order from closing as expected. 
  2. You may not be using the correct trading platform. Orders in your Axi Select account must be closed through the MetaTrader platform. Unfortunately, orders cannot be closed through other platforms.Shape
