Please note: Deposits must originate from an account registered in your name. Payments from third parties will be refunded to the originating account.
To deposit funds into your trading account, simply login to the Client Portal and navigate to the ‘Funds’ section on the left-hand menu. Choose the ‘Deposit’ option from the top menu, then follow these steps:
- Select the trading account (MT4 account) you wish to fund by clicking ‘Add Funds’.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple MT4 accounts, make sure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and have to request an internal transfer, this may result in a delay due to additional processing times.
- Select your preferred funding method: ‘Neteller’.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
IMPORTANT: Each deposit method has a minimum deposit amount, which will also be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below this, you will not be able to proceed with the deposit.
- You’ll then be taken to a confirmation page. Double-check all your details, and once everything is correct, click ‘Make Deposit’ to submit your request.
- You will be redirected to the Neteller portal, where you will need to log into your Neteller account and complete the deposit. If you don’t have a Neteller account, you can create one within the same portal.
- Once you click 'Pay Now', you will receive a notification confirming the payment was successful.
- Click 'Return to Merchant' to go back to your Axi page.
After a successful deposit you will see a notification and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4 account.
