Important! This method is only available to residents of Brazil.
Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account using PIX:
- Login to the Axi Client Portal
- Navigate to the ‘Funds’ section on the left-hand menu.
- Choose the ‘Deposit’ option from the top menu
- Select the MT4/MT5 trading account you want to fund by clicking ‘Add Funds’.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple MT4/MT5 accounts, ensure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and an additional internal transfer is required, there may be a delay in processing your request.
- Select your preferred funding method: PIX

Add a payment account to continue. You will need to enter the following information:
- Nickname (optional)
- Account holder’s full name
- ID document type: Choose between CPF or CNPJ
- ID number: CPF or CNPJ number

PIX details: Choose one from the following:
- CPF (format: 12345678900, without dots (.) or hyphens (–))
- CNPJ (12345678000195, without dots (.) or hyphens (–) or slash (/))
- Email (format: name@example.com)
- Phone number (format:5511912345678, without (+) sign or parenthesis)
- EVP (Endereço Virtual de Pagamento – secure key)
- Enter details: This is based on the option selected above (e.g., if you chose CPF, enter your CPF without dots or hyphens). Click ‘Continue’.
- Enter the deposit amount in either BRL or USD (the system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currencies). Please note: the exchange rate refreshes every 10 minutes and is system generated; Axi has no control over this.
- Click ‘Continue’.
IMPORTANT: Each deposit method has a different minimum deposit amount. This will be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the deposit. For PIX, the minimum deposit amount is 30 BRL.
- You will then be taken to a confirmation page. Double-check all your details and click ‘Make Deposit’ to submit your request.
- After confirmation, you may be redirected to the payment provider page. Here, you’ll need to:
- Confirm your details again
- Select the document type (CPF or CNPJ)
- Click “Realizar Pagamento” (Make Payment)
IMPORTANT: The transfer must be made from a bank account registered under the same name as the deposit request. The full amount must be paid. Partial payments or mismatched account holders may result in the transfer being rejected and refunded. You will then need to complete the PIX payment using the QR Code provided.
- Once the deposit is successful you will see a notification and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4/MT5 account.
