I can’t access the old Client Portal — why is that?

As part of our efforts to upgrade to a more advanced Client Portal, we’ve been transitioning all users to a new system that offers better performance, improved security, and exciting new features to enhance your trading experience.

During the migration period, we sent reminders via email and displayed an on-screen message in your portal to guide you through the process. Now that the migration window has closed, some features in the old portal are restricted. To regain full access, you’ll need to complete the migration. When you log into the old Client Portal, you’ll be automatically redirected to the migration page. While some features are unavailable, you can still contact our support team through live chat, which remains open to assist you.

Once you finish the registration process in the new Client Portal (you can refer to the article Do I need to create a new account for the new portal?), you’ll be able to log in and access the new portal fully. If you don’t complete the migration, unfortunately, you won’t be able to continue trading with us.
