If you're unable to withdraw funds, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Return to Source (RTS) Requirement
You must withdraw your initial deposit using the same method you used to fund your account. Once your initial deposit is withdrawn, you can withdraw any profits or excess funds via another available method.
Example:
- If you deposited $1,000 via credit card and your balance is now $1,500, you must withdraw $1,000 to your credit card. After that, you can withdraw the remaining $500 using another method.

2. Withdrawal Amount Exceeds Available Balance or Open Positions
Ensure that the amount you're trying to withdraw is within your available balance. Your available balance might be reduced if you have any open trades or pending positions, which can prevent you from withdrawing the full amount.
- Open or pending positions must be closed before you can withdraw the funds tied to them.
- Margin requirements can also affect the amount available for withdrawal.
- If you have a negative balance, this will need to be cleared before you can withdraw any funds.
3. Withdrawal Method Restrictions
- Some withdrawal methods may not be available due to local regulations or payment provider restrictions.
- Ensure you're within the withdrawal limits for your chosen method. Limits are displayed in the Client Portal when you're attempting to deposit or withdraw, as different payment providers or regions may have different rules.
- If you need to return funds to the original deposit method (e.g., a credit card), this could affect your withdrawal process.
4. Account Verification Pending or Incomplete
If your account is not fully verified, you will not be able to withdraw funds. Make sure you’ve completed all KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and provided the necessary documentation.
In some cases, additional KYC or other documents may be required that were not initially provided. If this is the case, we may have sent you an email with instructions to submit the missing documents. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for any communication from us.
5.Technical Issues
In rare cases, technical issues can delay or prevent withdrawals. If this happens, please wait a moment and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
