Important: This method is only available to residents of India.
Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app:
- Open the app and log in to your Live account.
- Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select “My Accounts” from the menu, then click “Withdraw”.
- Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Input the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Money Transfer (INR)” field and click “Continue”.
IMPORTANT! If you have previously deposited using Local Money Transfer but have not yet withdrawn via Local Money Transfer, you will need to withdraw back to the source of the initial deposit (read more about our Return to Source (RTS) policy).
- Choose the bank account you would like to withdraw funds to.
Note: If you haven’t registered a bank account yet, you will be prompted to provide your bank account details and upload a verification document (bank statement or passbook) during the withdrawal process.
- To add a new back account, simply enter the required bank account details, including:
- Nickname
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number (numbers only, no spaces)
- Bank IFSC code (Ensure the IFSC code is correct, as incorrect codes cannot be validated)
- Upload a clear bank statement or the bank passbook. The bank statement or the bank passbook is needed for verification purposes and must be an official document issued by your bank or downloaded via online banking.
Please ensure your document meets the following requirements:
- The owner's name must match your Axi profile and account name.
- Must clearly show your name, account number, and bank details.
- The document must be dated with the last six months.
- Accepted types include JPEG, PNG, PDF, and HEIC, with a maximum file size of 6 MB.
IMPORTANT: Bank statements are different than bank receipts. Documents not meeting the criteria above will be rejected.
- Review all the information and click “Request Withdrawal” to submit.
Note: Your balance will reflect the deduction once processing begins. If unsuccessful, funds will be returned to your balance and an email will be sent with the reason for failure.
