How can I withdraw funds via Global Money Transfer in the Axi mobile app?

Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app using Global Money Transfer: 

  • Open the app and log in. 

Note: Make sure you are logged into your Live account. 

  • Click on the “Person” icon in the top right corner. 
  • Select “My Accounts” from the menu, then click “Withdraw”.

  • Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from.  

Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one.

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, select “Global Money Transfer” as your method, and click “Continue”.

IMPORTANT: If you deposited using Global Money Transfer but haven’t withdrawn with it yet, you must first withdraw back to the original deposit source (see our Return to Source policy). After RTS is exhausted, you can withdraw any remaining balance (profit) using the available withdrawal methods.

IMPORTANT: You must select the currency for your bank transfer. The system will then provide you with the linked IBANs to ensure your withdrawal is processed correctly. 

  • Choose the bank account you would like to withdraw the funds to. 

Note: If automatic withdrawals aren’t supported, you can add a bank account manually. Learn more in this article.

  • Review the details to ensure everything is correct. 
  • Once confirmed, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request for processing. 

Important notes: 

  • After submitting your withdrawal request, the amount will be deducted from your balance while processing. 
  • It may take 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
  • If the withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and our Client Services team will email you with the reason and the next steps.
  • Upon a successful withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation email.
