Why can’t I request a leverage change on my Axi Select account?

If you are unable to click the “Change Leverage” button to request a leverage change on your Axi Select account, this may be due to one of the reasons below.

1. Your current stage does not allow leverage changes

Leverage changes are only available during the Pre-Seed and Seed stages. From the Incubation stage onward, leverage is fixed at 100:1 and cannot be changed. If you are in Incubation or a later stage, the option to change leverage will be unavailable.

2. Your account is in a Quarantine status

Leverage changes are not available if your account is in Quarantine.

3. Regional or partner restrictions apply

Leverage availability depends on your country of residence and any Introducing Broker (IB) requirements. In some regions, leverage may be capped and cannot be increased beyond local limits.

4. You have open trades

If you have open positions, you may be required to close them before a leverage change can be applied.
