I didn’t receive a migration notification to the new Client Portal — has my account been migrated?

If your account is eligible for migration, you will receive a notification with information about the migration process. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the notification in your inbox. 

If you try to access the old Client Portal, you will be redirected to the new Client Portal if your account is ready for migration. You can then start the migration process by following the on-screen steps. 

If your account has not yet been migrated, you will need to start the migration process when prompted. Completing the migration will allow you to continue accessing and managing your account through the new Client Portal.
