How do I update personal information?

Changing contact details

If you need to update or change your contact details, log in to the Client Portal, click the profile icon at the top right of the page, then click “Personal Details.”

You will then be directed to the Contact Details page to change/update your name, date of birth, email, residential address, mobile/phone number, and preferred language.
