Can I change my account type?

Yes, you have the option to switch your current account type to Standard/Pro, or submit a request for an additional Standard/Pro sub-account. If you decide to change your account type, please reach out to us via chat, phone, or email.

It is important to note that, changes to account types cannot be made if you have open or pending trades, so please ensure all trades are closed before submitting your request.

IMPORTANT: If your account is linked to a Partner, we need to ensure the Partner supports the requested Pro/Standard account before completing any account change.
