I haven't received the email confirming that my trading account was opened. How can I find my trading account details?

If you have not received the email with your trading account details*, you can access your account information through the Axi Client Portal or via the Axi Trading Platform.

To view your MT4 account details:

  1. Log into the Axi Client Portal.
  2. Click on the ‘Trade’ button to see your MT4 account information, including the server and login number.

For the Axi Trading Platform:

  1. Open the Axi Trading Platform app and log in.
  2. Go to 'My Accounts.'
  3. Select your MT4 account and your server and account numbers will be displayed in the 'MT4 Details' section.

To log into the Client Portal, you just need your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. After entering your email address, a password reset link will be sent to you.

*Note: If you did not receive a confirmation email containing your account details, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our Client Services team for assistance."
