If you haven't submitted required documents (such as personal identity verification) during account registration, you can easily upload them through the Axi Trading Platform app. 

To do this, open the app and go to the "Application Status" tab, or click the "Verify ID" banner to upload your documents.

Once we receive your documents, we will process your verification and update your account as soon as possible.
