- Missing Documents: A common cause for verification delays is missing or incomplete documentation. When creating a trading account, Proof of Identity is required. We only accept government-issued documents with a photo (such as a Passport, National Identity Card, or Driver’s License) and Proof of Address may also be requested. - Document Processing Time: After submitting your documents, the length of the verification process depends on whether the verification can proceed automatically.
Electronic verification is usually performed first, and once authenticated, your account will be opened immediately. If a manual review is required, this may take an additional 1-2 business days.
