How can I withdraw funds via PIX in the Axi mobile app?

Important: This method is only available to residents of Brazil.

Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app using PIX: 

  • Open the app and log in. Note: Make sure you are logged into your live account. 
  • Click on the “Person” icon in the top right corner. 
  • Select “My Accounts” from the menu, then click “Withdraw”.

  • Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from.  

Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one.

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. 

Important: If you have previously deposited using PIX but have not yet withdrawn via PIX, you will need to withdraw back to the source of the initial deposit (read more about our Return To Source policy). In this case, simply enter the withdrawal amount and select the “PIX” option. Make sure you check the currency selected for your withdrawal.

If you have already withdrawn back to the original source, you will be prompted to choose the PIX account from which you'd like to withdraw. 

Please note: Different withdrawal methods have varying minimum withdrawal amounts. If you enter an amount lower than the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the withdrawal.

  • After clicking “Continue” you will be asked to select a PIX account to receive your funds or create a new one by selecting “Add Method”.

  • To add a new PIX payment account, you will need to enter the following information:
    • Nickname (optional) 
    • Account holder’s full name 
    • ID document type: Choose between CPF or CNPJ 
    • ID number: CPF or CNPJ number 
    • PIX details: Choose one from the following:
      • CPF (format: 12345678900, without dots (.) or hyphens (–)) 
      • CNPJ (12345678000195, without dots (.) or hyphens (–) or slash (/)) 
      • Email (format: name@example.com) 
      • Phone number (format: 5511912345678, without the (+) sign or parentheses) 
      • EVP (Endereço Virtual de Pagamento – secure key

  • Review the details and make sure that everything is correct. Once confirmed, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request for processing.

Important notes: 

  • After submitting your withdrawal request, the amount will be deducted from your balance while processing. 
  • If the withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and you will receive an email from our Client Services team explaining the reason for the failure and the next steps.
